The Mill House, large luxury accommodation
The Mill House, opposite the owners' house, offers reversed level accommodation with a wealth of character. The large, oak beamed sitting-room and the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, along with one bedroom and a shower-room are on the first floor. From the sitting-room, French doors open out onto a wooden deck with steps down to the enclosed lawned garden. Two further bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom complete the accommodation on the ground floor. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
Accommodation:
Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed and TV. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash-basin.
First Floor: Sitting-room with digital TV, video, DVD player and wood-burner. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Step to Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
Facilities & Services:
Electricity and full oil-fired central heating are provided free of charge. Also provided are duvets, towels. travel-cot, high chair and stair-gate. At cost, logs for wood-burner (first basket free) thereafter pay owner. Outside access to shared laundry/drying-room with two washing machines and a tumble-drier.
Miscellaneous:
Private parking for 2 cars. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Short breaks available. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Arr/dep Saturday.
