The Cart House luxury holiday cottage, set across the courtyard from the owners' house, has its own fully enclosed garden with seating areas. With one double bedroom upstairs and the rest of the accommodation on the ground floor, The Cart House includes an en suite double bedroom along with a twin room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious sitting-room with a wood-burner and French doors.
Accommodation:
With two steps to the ground floor entrance hall. Steps to bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 1 with double bed, combined TV/video and en-suite shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Kitchen/dining area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Sitting-room with digital TV, video, DVD player and wood-burner. First Floor: Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Facilities & Services:
Electricity and full oil-fired central heating are provided free of charge. Also provided are duvets, towels. travel-cot, high chair and stair-gate. At cost, logs for wood-burner (first basket free) thereafter pay owner. Outside access to shared laundry/drying-room with two washing machines and a tumble-drier.
Miscellaneous:
Private parking for 2 cars. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Short breaks available. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Arr/dep Friday. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
